Jayeon Yoo is Head of Finance Operations for Samsung Catalyst Fund (SCF), Samsung Electronics’ evergreen multi-stage venture capital fund investing in deep-tech infrastructure and data-enabled platforms.

Prior to joining Samsung, Jayeon spent time on Financial District, San Francisco, as Accounting Manager at Top Tier Capital Partners, an institutional venture capital firm. Her experience spans on multiple investment strategies including Fund of Funds, Secondaries and Directs. She led the finance team on fund and investment level performance reporting, and was responsible for managing European Funds, including regulatory filings.

Jayeon holds B.A in Business Management from Washington State University, and attended Study Abroad program at Cesar Ritz Colleges in Switzerland. Jayeon currently holds CPA license for the State of California.
