Sentiance raised EUR 8 million in its most recent round of funding led by Volta Ventures, with new and prior backers such as KPN Ventures, Samsung Catalyst Fund, Qbic, Nova Participations and Pamica chipping in. In total, Sentiance raised approximately EUR 15 million.
Chief Executive Officer
Toon came on board of the company as an early seed investor and has acted as CEO as of October 2014. He is a serial entrepreneur and has led multiple start-ups successfully in Europe and US.
Toon has extensive experience in international business development and customer engagement. As one of the early pioneers in the contact center field, he has helped revolutionize the online customer experience industry, leading the use of new behavioral targeting and digital interaction technologies.
